yettel flagship store - astoria
Telenor launched the invitational competition in 2019, and after successfully winning it, the created design defined the image of the network's stores until 2025! The key to the winning design was homeliness, which we evoked with natural colors and materials, but in some highlighted stores, green vegetation also played a role, for which we are very grateful! A prime example of the implemented design is the Flagship Store Yettel Astoria, where every element and function is present at the same time.
clt house - dobogókő
The concept of the weekend house was designed around an existing substructure, which provides space for the terrace, and as a result, it was possible to create a fully openable living room with a height of one and a half floors. The construction of the 110 m2 building, built using CLT technology, is expected to start in 2025, which will provide space for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 45 m2 living room-kitchen-dining room. The facade features a trio of burnt wood, natural stone and plank-form reinforced concrete, which are well resistant to the harsh weather typical of the region.

The three-apartment apartment building will soon be built with a geothermal cooling and heating system and heat recovery ventilation. Our building, which relies on the proportions of the Bauhaus architecture in the area, has unique, experimental transportation solutions that have enabled us to maximize usable space on the narrow sloping plot.
Wagner Palace - Molnar Street 28
The downtown palace on Molnár Street was built in 1890 based on the designs of Mór Kallina, who later pursued an independent career and arrived in Budapest as an associate of Otto Wagner. The palace, built in neo-baroque style, has been modified for the second time in its history: its first expansion dates back to the 1980s, when a state-owned company adapted it to its own needs.
The present brings a new turn in the life of the building, thus providing a second opportunity to continue writing the history of the downtown Palace. The design and development intention is clear: we will maintain both the classical and postmodern features and arrange them in a new harmony.
University of Debrecen - Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences
The new university building designed for pharmacy students was completed on the outskirts of the city in 2024. The dual function, the reaction and interaction of education and production, determined the concept of the entire facility.
DREHER palace
The renovation of the Dréher Palace, located next to the Károlyi Garden, as part of the Golden Palaces series, will be completed this year. The reconstruction of the former rear extension will frame the high-quality landscape architecture elements of the inner garden.
