Wagner Palace

The downtown palace on Molnár Street was built in 1890 based on the designs of Mór Kallina, who later pursued an independent career and arrived in Budapest as an associate of Otto Wagner. The palace, built in neo-baroque style, has been modified for the second time in its history: its first expansion dates back to the 1980s, when a state-owned company adapted it to its own needs.
The present brings a new turn in the life of the building, giving us a second opportunity to continue writing the history of the downtown Palace.
The design and development intention is clear: while retaining both classical and postmodern features, we will arrange the eras that are currently still separated in a list into a new harmony, in order to expand the overall picture with a new contemporary layer in order to create an office building function.
