The small apartment building, built as a greenfield project, contains 3 apartments and is 2 stories high on the street front and 3 stories high on the back garden side, fitting into the southwestern slopes of the Sasad district. Its mass, which starts from a Bauhaus cube, is further detailed with a side staircase element leading to a communal roof terrace, which is framed by a glass railing that is imperceptible from street level. Another fine detail is the 3-post garage door that opens sideways, which appears as a high plinth element and gives a strong emphasis to the main view of the building. On the back side, the full-story high concrete plinth makes a similar gesture, and the various surfaces are framed by the brick cladding and shaped into a high-quality building.
