The sculptural building mass, with its generous common spaces on one level and opening onto the green side gardens, has a square floor plan structure that conceals an inner courtyard. Its character is dual, its construction is tight, yet it opens towards its surroundings in all directions. The hardness of the concrete surfaces and stone cladding is softened by earth tones and natural wood cladding in the interior. The roof extends cantilevered over the entire contour of the building, sometimes forming a canopy, sometimes a terrace cover, thus blurring the boundary between outside and inside imperceptibly like a pavilion.
