The two-apartment residential building with ground floor + 1 floor can be placed free-standing on an elongated narrow plot, so the demanding architectural solution of the program represented a real challenge. The two-part building mass, located perpendicular to the street, is connected by a covered garage on the ground floor. A covered terrace is connected to the living room function in the northwest direction, and both residential units have their own garden area.

The two-story building masses are designed with a gently sloping hipped roof, while the ground-floor connection is designed with a flat roof. The horizontal tectonics of the house is enhanced by the heavier stone cladding running along the ground floor and the generous floor-to-ceiling windows, while the upper-floor facade sections are distinguished by their plastered quality.
