Pasarét House

The building seeks to answer the question of whether a two-bedroom family home can function as one space without partitions, while ensuring the intimate spaces of its residents. Due to its split-level design, the service rooms are located on the lower level; on the mezzanine, the kitchen-dining-living room functions are given a 4.5m ceiling height; and on the upper floor, the bedrooms are placed in a private position thanks to the raised design.
The connection with nature is evident not only in the large glass walls but also in the stairs: to the lower level, together with the external sidewalk
we can almost walk down outside. The building's facade is divided into views and views according to the internal functions, the main mass is split into several smaller pieces along a larger floor-to-ceiling glass wall.
