From the initial dilapidated state, we designed a single-tenant, high-quality office building, with a file room in the basement; a reception, offices and a meeting room on the ground floor; executive offices and a roof garden on the first floor; and spaces in the attic suitable for middle management and open space workstations, as well as additional functions. Due to the building's rich history and exciting interior spaces, this task posed a special architectural and interior design challenge.
