The new city district built behind the Kopaszi Dam was developed by Property Market, which sought an interior design partner to create the common spaces of the planned buildings through an invited tender. As a result of the process, our office, Pyxis Nautica, was finally selected. Their effort, according to which they wanted to present each building with a uniform front-end image (which, incidentally, fits in with the content of the image manual compiled before the investment), was a very forward-thinking idea.

In light of the completed project, we can say that the idea was successfully realized. The community spaces fit well with the image of the neighborhood, which is exemplary and modern both in its spirit and in light of the completed investment.
